Welcome to Linkwide Technology Private Limited. Please review the following basic terms that governs your use of exam portal and other payment from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The Information on this site may contain type graphical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The LTPL therefore reserve the right to correct any error inaccuracy or omissions and to change or update information at anytime with or without prior notice including after you have submitted your other details and payment. Please note that such error, inaccuracies or omission may relate to exam fee, schedule of exam, exam structure or otherwise. LTPL will provide all forms, bills and links which will be mailed to the mail-id’s indicated in your profile through LTPL’s official mail-id or site. LTPL will not be responsible for any correction, monetary loss or otherwise due to wrong or errors in your data provided by you.
The price fixed for example and likewise by LTPL is final and no bargain, part payment, latter payment or payment on completion provisions are allowed by LTPL. The concession or rebate if any will be displayed by LTPL in open window time to time. Appropriate invoice, bills with proper tax details will be provided by LTPL for your payment and will be mailed to your mail-id provided in your profile through the official mail-id of LTPL.
The LTPL does not accept any refund policy. The fee once deposit will not be refunded in any condition by LTPL. Rescheduling of exam cannot be done for you if the schedule exam may be done for you if the schedule exam cannot be completed by you for the fault of internet assess, poor connection due to networking problem and likewise. If you are unhappy with our services for any reason at all, please contact LTPL at email@example.com and we will work with you to make it right. Please make sure that you have gone through all terms and conditions present at our site prior to finalize your payment.
Once you have submitted your exam fee in the portal the said cannot be cancelled or refunded. Though due to valid reason the exam schedule may be rescheduled for you if the said complaint is mailed to the said complaint is mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours from the date of the schedule exam.
Terms & Conditions
Once you have deposited the fee for the exam portal and boarding is confirmed for the slot of your exam you will for the slot of your exam you will have to follow the scheduled procedures and timing as provided by LTPL in its site. If you do not receive any mail, exam schedule, invoice, bill, course material or examination syllabus in your specified time please notify the same at email@example.com
